TrueCare 5280 operates the rides ourselves. Drivers are screened and trained for secure transport. We do not hand trips to a broker network or unknown contractors. Trip details stay with the people who need them to complete the ride.

Ride requests, addresses, and passenger notes are used to schedule and complete transportation. We process that information to deliver the service you asked for. Specific retention and data-processing terms may be addressed in your contract where applicable.

This website is served over HTTPS in production. Access to operational systems and passenger records is limited to authorized personnel and tied to business need.
